Hi, I’m Katie—a product designer with a decade of experience turning complex healthcare challenges into simple, connected, and human-centered experiences.

My work spans patient scheduling journeys, clinical and associate workflows, and multi-surface platforms across web, mobile, and in-store tools. I love partnering with cross-functional teams to untangle operational complexity, clarify decision logic, and design systems that support both patients and the care teams who serve them.

Before moving into product design, I started in graphic design and visual storytelling. That background still shapes how I approach clarity, composition, and communication—paired with systems thinking, research, and a collaborative mindset.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my twin two-year-old boys, wandering with a camera in hand, planning our next trip, or deep in a book, Lego project, or crochet pattern.

I’m currently exploring opportunities where I can bring thoughtful, high-impact design to healthcare and workflow-driven products—on teams that value curiosity, craft, and care.
