Big Lots is a national retail brand with a large digital footprint supporting e-commerce, promotions, and in-store engagement. The digital team was responsible for maintaining brand consistency while evolving the online experience to better support customer discovery and engagement.
This role focused on strengthening digital execution within an established brand system and collaborating across marketing and creative teams.
My Role & Scope
Digital Designer
I contributed to the design of customer-facing digital experiences across Big Lots’ web and marketing channels. My work focused on visual design, usability, and brand consistency, supporting broader business and marketing initiatives.
Scope included:
Digital design for e-commerce and promotional experiences
UI execution aligned with brand guidelines
Collaboration with marketing and creative teams
Support for campaigns and ongoing site updates
