Context

Cardinal Health is a global healthcare services and products company supporting hospitals, pharmacies, and care providers. The team I joined was focused on improving internal and customer-facing digital tools used in operational and clinical contexts.

As a contract designer, my role was to contribute UX support within an established product environment shaped by regulatory, operational, and technical constraints.

My Role & Scope

Contract User Experience Designer

I supported UX design efforts across healthcare-focused digital tools, working closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. My work emphasized clarity, usability, and alignment with existing systems and standards.

Scope included:

  • User journey mapping and flow refinement

  • Wireframes and interaction design support

  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Iteration within established design and compliance frameworks
